Fees:
Please enter through EventEntries or Xentry and pay by credit card. If paying by check, must be received within 7 days of online entry. Entries may be mailed. Entry fees must be paid by closing date 11/7, or a $50 late fee will be due. All riders, owners, and trainers of horses at Prelim must send a copy of current USEF card received by 10/26, or a $30 nonrefundable show pass fee will be owed at check in. Strictly enforced.

No Canadian checks or money orders. No Foreign checks with Foreign routing numbers (even if drawn on US banks). Entry will not be accepted, due to an international clearing house fee charged to Pine Top.
One check per horse – no exceptions! This allows us to tear up a scratched horse check before closing date with no office fee owed.
Refunds: Before C.D.- Check will be torn up, After C.D.-Half credit until midnight November 19thth. No re-selling of entry. After C.D. no refund.
Entry: P: $215.00; PT/T/TN/N/BN: $195.00 : (entries post-marked after closing date (11/7), add $50 late fee.) Contact Pine Top for availability after CD.
USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be
returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Grounds Fee: $55.00 (Non-stabled horses).
Stabling: $125.00 (Covers Friday and Saturday nights only, early arrival pays extra night stabling).
Stall Deposit: stalls with mats MUST be stripped.
Extra night stabling: $20 per night.
Non-compete horses: $150 (Includes $25 surcharge).
Tack stalls: $125 (Only available after horses have been assigned stalls.
Camping: $ 35.00/night (Note on stable form if RV is large and/or requires 50 amps. Because of certain RV requirements, may not be able to honor, “stable with request”).
Extra shavings: $7.00 per bag (One bag included with entry fee).
Returned check fee: $50.00.
USEF Show Pass (non-member) fee: $30.00 (If a current hard copy USEF card(s) for rider, owner, and or trainer is not submitted with entry for Prelim and above by 10/26.
Change fee: $25.00 per change.
All fees owed at check in must be paid in cash.
ALL fees paid after closing date will owe a $50 late fee.
