DESCRIPTION:We are going to ring in the New Year of competition with a schooling bonanza in Aiken! There’s almost no better way to run your first horse trial of the year than with a weekend like this. Here’s how it’s going down: \nFriday\, January 26th \n\nTravel to Aiken\, SC (3.5 hr drive from the Atlanta area).\nXC Schooling at Paradise Farm\n\nSaturday\, January 27th \n\nSchooling Dressage tests at Full Gallop. This means that you’ll get to ride in front of the judges for the HT the next day\, receive feedback\, and be super prepped for the show the next day!\n\nSunday\, January 28th \n\nCompete in the one day recognized horse trial at Full Gallop\nGo HOME\n\nPricing:  \n\nCoaching for all 3 days: $165 (break out pricing available\, call or text me for details)\nFacility fees for XC schooling: $50\nEntry fee for schooling dressage test: $50\nEntry fees for HT: **Entries must be in to EventEntries.com by January 9th to avoid late fee**\n\nEvent Fees Directory: Draw checks to Full Gallop Farm. Entry: I/P/IP: $210.00; PT/T/TN/N/BN: $195.00; Starter: $175.00. Post Entries/late entry fee: $50.00. Grounds fee: $40.00 (non-stabled horses) (we will all have to pay this fee as we will be stabling off of the Full Gallop property). DESCRIPTION:Join the River Birch Farm team at Ashland Farm to ring in the new year on the right hoof! \nWe will be at Ashland for a two day clinic to brush up on your fancy foot work going into 2018. Ride all 3 phases\, or choose your weakest link\, the choice is up to you! Here’s what we will be working on: \nDressage\n2018 Means new dressage tests. Do you know how to ride the movement “A-C two serpentines working trot” or “A-X-H Enter working trot?” We will break down these new movements and learn how to ride them to achieve 8s on those scores with simple but effective exercises for you to take home! \nShow Jumping\nFor many of us winter means limiting the time you have to ride due to lighting and weather which puts a damper on your show jumping schooling. We will work through a few fun grids using only a few jumps that you can take home with you to continue the schooling even without a lot of time or a lot of light. \nCross Country\nAshland Farm has renewed and refreshed their cross country course with some excellent questions for all levels. Whether you are introducing your horse to water and ditches full time or aiming for a Prelim/1* move up\, there’s plenty to be done on this new course to challenge your balance\, accuracy\, and understanding of the technical questions. \nPricing and Structure\n(Does not include facility fees.) \nDressage $35 – Group lessons\, combined by test. Max of 4 riders per group. 1.25 hr lesson.\nShow Jumping $40 – Group lessons\, combined by level. Max of 6 riders per group. 1.5 hr lesson.\nCross Country $60 – Group lessons\, combined by level.
